To use SettlePe, you must:

• Have a valid Indian mobile number and email address
• Use the services for personal or authorized business purposes

SettlePe reserves the right to deny or restrict access to users suspected of misuse or fraud.

2. 💼 Services Offered

SettlePe offers:

• Utility bill payments (via BBPS)
• Rent payments via credit/debit cards and UPI
• Flight and bus ticket bookings
• Credit card bill payments
• Secure payment gateway and wallet integrations

All services are provided in compliance with government regulations and banking partner rules.

3. 💳 Payments

• By initiating a transaction, you authorize SettlePe and its banking/payment partners to process your request.
• You are solely responsible for providing accurate details.
• SettlePe is not responsible for failed or delayed transactions due to incorrect information, network issues, or third-party delays.

4. ❌ Cancellations and Refunds

• Payments once made are non-cancellable, unless specified under the refund policy.
• Refunds for failed or duplicate transactions will be processed according to our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
• Travel bookings may be canceled as per the airline/bus operator's terms.

5. 🔐 Privacy and Security

• Your data is stored securely and shared only with authorized third-party service providers where necessary.
• We never store your card details or sensitive personal information without consent.

6. 🚫 Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Use SettlePe for any fraudulent, illegal, or unauthorized transaction
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the platform
• Violate any laws or regulations applicable to payment services in India

SettlePe may suspend or terminate your account without notice in case of suspicious or harmful activity.

7. 📩 Communication

By using SettlePe, you agree to receive transactional and promotional messages via SMS, email, or push notifications. You can opt out of promotional communications anytime.

8. ⚖️ Limitation of Liability

SettlePe is not liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss due to delayed or failed payments outside our control
• Third-party service errors (BBPS providers, airlines, banks, etc.)

9. 🛠️ Modification of Terms

SettlePe reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective once posted. Continued use of the platform implies acceptance of the updated terms.

10. 📍 Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of courts in Hyderabad, Telangana.
