At SettlePe, we aim to provide a seamless and secure payment experience. However, we understand that there may be circumstances where a transaction doesn't go as planned. Please review our refund and cancellation policy below.
πΈ Refund Policy
β Successful Transactions
Once a transaction is successfully completed through SettlePe (utility bill payment, rent, ticket booking, etc.), it cannot be cancelled or refunded as the payment is immediately processed with the respective service provider.
β Failed Transactions
If a transaction fails after the amount has been debited from your account:
- The amount will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
- If not received within this time frame, please contact our support team with the transaction ID.
β οΈ Duplicate Payments
If you mistakenly make a duplicate payment for the same bill/service:
- You may request a refund by contacting us at karunakarpatel.settlepe@gmail.com within 48 hours of the transaction.
- Our team will verify the issue and process eligible refunds in 7-10 business days.
π Cancellation Policy
π§Ύ Bill Payments / Rent / Credit Card Payments
Once a payment is initiated, it is immediately processed via BBPS or the respective service provider and cannot be cancelled.
πβοΈ Ticket Bookings
Cancellations are subject to the policies of the airline/bus operator:
- If supported, you may cancel directly through the "My Bookings" section.
- Cancellation charges (as per operator terms) will apply.
- Refunds (if eligible) will be processed to your original payment method within 7β10 working days.
